LEATHERS AND SHOES
Some of our products, both polyethylene and formulated emulsions, are highly used in leather and footwear finishes. Would you like to know why?
The leather needs basic care to keep it natural for as long as possible.
Our emulsions and/or formulations are applied after tanning of leathers in the industry to maximize the use of the leather’s own characteristics.
On the other hand, our silicone and polyethylene emulsions, as well as their formulations are used in the manufacture of products intended for the end-user. Products that are very useful to prevent the leather from drying and cutting due to the use of it. In general, our formulations work by waterproofing, nourishing, and/or preserving the color of the leather, depending on the product on which it will be applied.
- PE emulsions, depending on their non-ionic, cationic, or anionic character, are used in this sector to offer a film of high brightness, hardness and resistance to abrasion and dry and wet rubbing. They can also improve touch, tear resistance, and lubricate needle passage during sewing. They are useful for hydrophobic, soft, flexible, and semi-bright filler effects.
- Carnauba wax emulsions provide excellent gloss characteristics and a film that make them an excellent base material to produce self-opening preparations.
- The formulas made in Hercha are used during the finishing of the footwear in which you want to obtain an elegant shine and that the product is resistant to rubbing and light.
- Our acrylic emulsions also provide finishes with a film with good brightness and good flexibility.
- Silicone emulsions are applied to offer a smooth, soft and soft touch, as well as a good degree of waterfugation.
